Job Desciption Novus Print seeks to appoint a customer focused Sales Representative to actively grow our business within the print packaging and labels product lines, as well as maintain business relationships with existing clients. The incumbent will be based at Montague Gardens and report to the General manager: Labels product and business development. Key Duties and Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following: Achieve sales budget for the product categories. Actively source new clients, building new client relationships. Service and retain existing clients and develop strong business relationships with decision makers and influencers. Preparing weekly and monthly sales reports. Close deals and oversee the execution of the contracts. Display an understanding of the sales process and ensure its implementation. Create and be accountable for all client proposals, presentations, and any other documentation. Identify and qualify new business opportunities across the Novus Print national footprint in a consultative manner. Educational Requirements Degree or diploma in Sales and Marketing or related tertiary qualification will be advantageous. Experience Requirements At least five years’ field sales experience. Previous work experience within the print and packaging industry is essential. Driver’s license and own reliable vehicle. National travel is required. Skills and Competencies Technical knowledge of labels and paper packaging products, processes, and substrates. Strong focus on delivering results and meeting customer expectations. Display sound analytical abilities, both verbal and numerical. Solid understanding of the sales process. Excellent interpersonal, selling and communication skills. Excellent research and planning skills. Excellent presentation skills, both written and verbal. Target driven, tenacious and motivated with a strong customer service orientation and hunger for success. Proven “Sales Hunter”. Pro-active orientation.
