Sales representative that is energetic and motivated and is ready to expand their sales career in the dynamic Memorial Park Division. They are required to identify and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships to generate future and repeat sales. Excel in selling Memorial Parks products by matching clients' needs with what the company has to offer. Selling Memorial products and services to clients and representing the brand. Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers Maintaining relationships with larger clients by providing information, support and guidance to ensure future sales. . reaching out to potential leads through a variety of channels. Give inputs into the conceptualisation and development of products for effective delivery to clients Preparing reports i.e. Prospect Lists, Pipelines, Forecasts, Territory Management Plan, Sales Reports etc. by collecting sales information and statistics. Collaborate with the marketing department to prepare common strategies. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments Analyze the territory /market's potential, track sales and status reports Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends Continuously improve through feedback Sales Representative Skills include: Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Qualification Proven track record of sales success Understanding of customer needs Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills – verbal and written. Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills Computer literate - Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Detail-oriented, highly motivated, results-driven individuals who are hungry to achieve and exceed targets and with a proven track record in sales. Strong Analytical skills – must identify and evaluate potential prospects and opportunities. Exceptional Communication skills – having to regularly communicate with both clients and members of the sales team. Presentation Skills. Superior Customer service skills – you will spend a good deal of time directly interacting with clients and addressing their needs. Problem-solving skills – you will be frequently required to address the issues of both sales associates and clients, it's important to have strong problem-solving skills. Be well-groomed and presentable. Have excellent people skills and intuitive to client's needs. Working well as part of a bigger sales team but also be able to deliver and work independently.
