Our company is looking to recruit a driven, competitive External Sales Representative for our Bellville depot. Responsible to maintain external call cycle with clients. Sales and upselling, generate quotations and liaise with Sales Director on progress in terms of orders received. Visit clients and set up appointments. Report to Sales Manager on all movements, clients, travel in the form of sales call sheet Meet and exceed sales targets Plann and coordinate client lists, visits, appointments, site meetings and follow ups Compile administrative documents, communications and reports and liaise with Sales Manager in terms of job scheduling, resource management and related items for work landed Generate quotations, forward quotations and costings, follow up on appointments/quotations with clients Uphold the vehicle policy of our company with regards to fuel usage, mileage and maintenance with fleet controller/sales manager. Record vehicle usage and maintain checklists for vehicle Follow up with stores/dispatch on product deliveries related to orders received Responsive customer service Demonstratable sales history success monthly/yearly targets in External Sales Own car and valid drivers license Matric 2-4 years of experience within related/similar industry (ie Industrial cleaning, Waste, Environmental, Wastewater, Chemical industry or other Technical sales) Gross Monthly Basic Monthly discretionary target KPI Commission above target Travel Allowance Fleet Card Cell phone Laptop
