Advantageous: Experience in the Packaging Industry. Self-motivated and capable of performing without constant supervision, demonstrating determination and drive to achieve targets. Excellent people, communication, sales, and negotiation skills. Competent computer literacy, including proficiency in Windows, MS Word, and Excel. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Neat and well-presented appearance. Advantageous: Matric/Engineering or similar qualification. Key Responsibilities: Set and achieve ambitious sales targets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Provide exceptional service to existing accounts and establish new ones. Plan and organize daily work schedules to effectively engage with potential customers. Investigate and resolve customer complaints, preparing comprehensive reports. Keep management informed by submitting regular activity and results reports. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive support and problem-solving.
