A well-established FMCG company in Gauteng is seeking a Sales Representatives with a passion for the restaurant and hospitality industry. The candidate must be a motivated individual who can drive sales, build relationships, and contribute to the growth of the business. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the restaurant and hospitality sector. Achieve and exceed sales targets to existing and potential customers in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Demonstrate a basic understanding of FMCG products. Maximize profitability by effectively managing pricing strategies and negotiating deals Utilize computer skills to manage sales data for sales tracking and reporting. Previous sales experience, preferably in the restaurant/hospitality industry. Self-motivated and target-driven with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Basic knowledge of FMCG products. Pastel Partner experience is advantageous but not mandatory. A valid driver's license. Competitive salary with commission-based incentives.
