Reference: JHB001017-VM-1 Leading manufacturer and supplier of Powder Coatings is looking for a Sales Representative to join their team. Matric and 5 - 8 years technical sales experience Valid drivers license and own transport is essential Manage and nurture Key Accounts Develop new business External on site liaison and customer visits to ensure that the existing clients are satisfied with the products and service Collect and deliver samples for colour matching Consult with new and existing customers on upcoming projects Consult and assist internal sales / office personnel and management in closing deals Communicate client specifications and requirements to R & D lab Network with other service providers in the industry to obtain information on new clients and projects Advise customers on specials and promotions, as well as to purchase the correct products for their application needs Deliveries to clients around Gauteng and Pretoria, when the need arises Trouble shooting and problem solving on site at the customers facility Conduct lab tests and trials to ensure non conformance and customer complaints are dealt with in a professional and factual manner Consult and advise customers on technical specifications and other queries that they have encountered Visit at our agents in Cape Town, Durban and Port Elizabeth when required to do so Travel to neighboring countries to visit clients, when required Provide training and assessments to operators and new paint plant manufacturers Oven recordings and quality test to optimise and streamline the performance and production output and to assist with energy efficiency of the clients paint plant Writing reports on customer complaints and non conformance Keeping records of customer visits and issues discussed Follow up on quotes and projects Assist with the up keep and maintenance of the iso 9001 and quality files Monthly plus Basic salary, travel allowance, petrol, cell phone, laptop, commission Apply Now
