The main responsibilities of the position includes:
- Representing and selling the companys hardware,tool products and services to customers and obtaining orders in the allocated hardware markets.
- Achieving agreed sales volumes and GP targets for the area of responsibility.
- Keeping the Regional Sales Manager informed of competitor activity and customer status and weekly activities.
- Obtaining new business for the Company by calling on new and existing customers and obtaining orders and also promoting new products into the market.
- Achieving high levels of customer satisfaction by:
- Calling regularly on customers
- Ensuring that orders are processed and delivered.
- Following up with customers
- Resolving customer problems and complaints speedily.
