Sales Representative Duties and Responsibilities Present, promote and sell C2KIT products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships Reaching out to customer leads and customer expansion. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends Continuously improve through feedbackRequirements and Skills Work experience as a Sales Representative Excellent knowledge of MS Office Highly motivated and target driven Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills Ability to manage oneself and the continual follow-up and management of clients Relationship management skills and openness to feedback Tech savvy or previous involvement in the IT industry No previous criminal recordsPackage & RemunerationSalary: R9000 CommissionWe take hiring very seriously, if you do not meet the requirements please do not apply.
