We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Sales Agent to join our team and contribute to our continued growth.

Position Overview:

As a Sales Agent, you will be at the forefront of driving sales within our niche agricultural market. Your role will involve identifying and engaging with potential clients, understanding their specific needs, and offering tailored solutions from our range of equipment, machinery, and consumable products. You will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their long-term satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively prospect and identify potential clients within the niche agricultural segment.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to gain a deep understanding of clients'' unique requirements.
  • Present and demonstrate our specialized equipment, machinery, and consumable products to clients, emphasizing their relevance and value.
  • Develop and nurture client relationships, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, quotes, and presentations.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to secure new business.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure that proposed solutions align with client needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive offerings.
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets and revenue objectives.
  • Participate in Expos around the country during the year.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proven track record of successful sales experience. NON-NEGOTIABLE. At least 3 years of SALES EXPERIENCE in a previous role.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and objection handling.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
  • Bachelor''s degree in business, agriculture, or a related field is a plus.
  • Language: English and Afrikaans.
  • Requirement: Own Transport & Drivers License (None Negotiable).
