Description RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a talented and self-motivated Sales Representative to join their clients team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients and promote our recruitment services to meet their needs. Responsibilities: Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders Present and demonstrate our recruitment services to potential clients Negotiate and close sales contracts Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful completion of projects Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions Requirements Experience in variable frequency drives, PLC's and industrial automation is a added advantage Knowledge of CRM system and process Knowledge of MS Windows/MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel Superior oral/written communication skills Knowledge of Modbus, Communication Protocols Basic knowledge of electrical requirements for VSDs Any sales qualifications or courses advantageous Benefits Salary: negotiable Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) Training and Development Paid Time Off (PTO) (if applicable) Contact RPO Recruitment for your next career opportunity.
