Recruiting for a highly experienced SALES REPRESENTATIVE with extensive experience To develop and maintain profitable ongoing customer relationships to generate income for the business. To actively promote and sell the company products in order to achieve or exceed budgeted order intake, revenue and gross margin. Provide customer support and sales to the existing and potential customers Achieve Sales and margin targets as agreed to with management. Provide punctual and accurate reporting with regards to budgeting, forecasting, branch reports and visitation reports. Present new products and services to existing and potential customers. Ensure that customers are always well informed. Apply pricing structures that are in line with sales and margin objectives. Investigate and present new avenues of revenue. Support financial management by assisting in recovering outstanding debtors that you are responsible for. Communicate with management with regards to competitive pricing and discounts, etc. Key Skills Customer service orientation Product and market knowledge Understanding rentals of cranes and construction gear Financial understanding of Sales Margins and Profitability Networking and negotiation skills Decision making Problem solving Ability to work under pressure Business acumen Action oriented and results driven Planning and Organising Working knowledge of accounting systems Working knowledge of Inventory concepts Emotional Intelligence Self management Advanced Computer skills Leadership Must be able to work in a team and independently Attention to detail People management Grade 12. Minimum 3 years experience in sales, rentals or in a similar environment. Must be willing to work overtime as and when required.
