What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it) You will play a pivotal role in the efficient processing of sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment. Your exceptional customer support skills will shine as you address inquiries and build strong relationships with their valued customers. You'll be the backbone of their data management efforts, maintaining accurate customer databases and generating insightful reports. Collaboration is at the heart of what you do, working closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless operations. Your administrative support will contribute to the overall success of the sales department, from scheduling appointments to handling general tasks. Where you'll be doing it Our client's parent company is a major engineering fastener player, headquartered in Germany. The South African subsidiary is small but growing without exception and their offices are located in Century City, Cape Town. What you'll need To truly excel in this role, you'll bring proven experience in sales support or a related administrative positions in previous engineering companies, coupled with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Your attention to detail and proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite will set you apart. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. A Matric or equivalent is required, with additional education in business administration or a related field being a definite plus.
