We are looking for a highly motivated, quick thinking, sales savvy, experienced telesales person to join our Sales team. The Sales Support Rep is responsible for providing sales support to the sales team, ensuring that sales-related activities are completed accurately, timely, and in a professional manner. The role forms part of a team that also supports a dedicated CPT Channel customer base. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to multitask, prioritize workload and perform well under pressure. Minimum Requirements Completion of Matric or National Senior Certificate – Tertiary qualification a benefit Trustworthy and dependable Punctual and willing to do what is necessary to meet deadlines Ability to take initiative and manage own time effectively Strong attention to detail Sense of urgency and a strong work ethic Very good communication skills (verbal and writing) Able to communicate with different levels of customers with professionalism Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook recommended Work well and remain calm under pressure Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and willingness to learn Duties and Responsibilities Monitor online orders received via the company website Process orders on the company system (Fincon) timeously and accurately Monitor outstanding orders/payments and cancel where necessary Allocate orders to the correct location where stock is located and communicate orders to different warehouses Daily communication to warehouses to ensure orders are invoiced and dispatched timeously Manage and communicate orders with insufficient stock to the manager and customer Monitor delivery of parcels to customers/end-users and follow up / investigate undelivered orders Work with allocated and dormant customer base as part of the Sales Support team to achieve individual and team metrics/goals Assist with account manager queries/customer queries whilst account managers are out of the office or unavailable to assist Successful achievement of all metrics as set out in Sales Support KPA Sales order management of all sales orders placed by the Sales Support customer base Respond to all relevant queries and requests emailed to the group ctn-salessyntech.co.za mailbox Encourage customers in the Sales Support customer base to make predominant use of the Syntech website to place orders, query stock, pricing, etc. Create and maintain customer records and sales orders in the CRM system Collaborate with other departments to ensure the timely delivery of products/services Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner Apply Now
