Job purpose: To provide an exceptional level of service to current and prospective Customers relating to all parts being sold over the counter, online, or any other platform. The Salesman will assist the customer in understanding the products and identify solutions to fit their needs, generating sales and renewals, whilst continuing to achieve customer satisfaction levels. Qualifications and or Experience: Customer Care and or Marketing diploma, degree and or relevant experience At least 3 years’ experience within Customer Care/ Sales Experienced with a number of systems Full understanding of design and production costs to include waste, downtime, scrap and re-work Experience within the sales environment within the automotive industry Job Description: Will entail the following essential functions and duties: Customer Service by means of counter sales, quotations, and sourcing of vehicle replacement parts Relationship with workshops and excellent client service Stock take General support functions as required by the manager Kindly apply if you meet the minimum requirements.
