To ensure that policies, procedures, agreements and practices comply with commercial, intellectual property (IP), privacy, data protection and competition laws as well as all other statutory requirements; To provide legal advice, vet, draft and review contracts; To manage compliance, risk, contract and legal matters; To engage in both legal and non-legal administration work; To build and maintain relationships and interface with external attorneys and other stakeholders; To facilitate legal and business negotiations. Desired Skills and Experience Knowledge of relevant national and international legislation and codes of good practice (e.g. Labour, Commercial, Contract) Knowledge of current legal, statutory and regulatory issues Superior negotiation skills Superior drafting and vetting of contract skills Excellent communication skills (including report writing) Ability to understand and deal with complex legal mattersInterpersonal Skiils Research, information gathering and analytical skills Attention to detail Ability to adapt to new and pressurised environments Ability to work as part of a team and self-driven Apply Now
