Job Title: SAP Authorisations Solutions Specialist Business Unit / Function: Group IT Department: Group IT Line Manager Job Title: SAP S4 HANA Project Manager Date: March 2024 Overall Job Purpose: We are currently undergoing a significant strategic business and IT transformation at our organization, which includes the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA Private Cloud. As the SAP Authorisations Solutions Specialist, your role is pivotal in serving as the Solutions Architect for the Authorisations Stream throughout the program’s lifecycle and into the Solution Delivery Function within Group IT. Your responsibilities include: Designing and implementing authorisation and access management for the SAP S4 HANA implementation. Providing leadership, analysis, and design tasks to support the development of technology solutions. Key Accountabilities: As the SAP Authorisations Solutions Specialist, your responsibilities include: Serving as a liaison between the Business and Solution Architects, and SI Functional and Authorisations teams. Ensuring quality design and deployment for the Illovo business based on defined security and authorisation standards. Monitoring and controlling both business and SI project activities and escalating any delays or risks to key project milestones and deliverables to the CBS project manager. Identifying issues, risks, and mitigating actions and escalating them to project management. Validating authorisations processes for in a Greenfields SAP S4 HANA implementation. Identifying business impacts and managing outcomes. Understanding end-to-end business processes and identifying gaps and integration needs – technical and functional. Qualifications and Experience: IT Diploma or degree. Minimum 8 years of SAP Authorisations implementations and Support including 2 full-lifecycle projects where Fiori was used as UX. SAP GRC and Fiori experience are essential. Experience in designing and implementing system and manual controls to mitigate SOD and other system risks. Minimum 8 years of experience in Identity management and profile development. Knowledge and experience with using SAP Solman. Understanding of project development lifecycle and SAP Activate methodology. Testing of a full integrated solution in an SAP project. Knowledge and Skills Required: Project Management Principles.
