If you're ready to shape the future of automotive technology and thrive in a dynamic environment, apply now SAP CIS Consultant: Key Responsibilities : - Implement authentication solutions and enhance automation for deployed solutions. - Analyze market trends and proactively build necessary expertise. - Collaborate closely with web operations, platform partners, solution architects, and IT security teams. - Participate in Go-live preparation and post Go-live support, contributing to documentation and reliable onboarding processes. - Maintain and operate authentication integrations with central systems, including HR systems and IAM products. - Handle tickets and tasks, ensuring timely resolution within defined SLAs. - Troubleshoot system issues and provide support, executing necessary changes through configuration. - Interact with central product owners, feature teams, and clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction. Essential Skills Requirements : - Operational support experience. - Mid-level knowledge in web and cloud technologies. - Proficiency in authentication solutions: SAML, OpenID Connect. - Familiarity with SCIM (System for Cross-domain Identity Management). - Understanding of multi-factor authentication. - Experience with agile development and DevOps tools like JIRA and Confluence. - Knowledge of IT architectures, vendors, and trends. - Strong teamwork, communication, and analytical skills. - Ability to work independently and assertively. - Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintenance. - Understanding of IT security, incident, and request management (ITSM NEXT), and ITIL processes. Advantageous Skills Requirements : - Understanding of Agile Methodology and ITIL. Qualifications/Experience : - Bachelor's degree in computer science, communications engineering, or relevant field. - Minimum 2 years of professional experience in enterprise IT or platform hosting, preferably in cloud infrastructure and web applications.
