A SAP Fiori Consultant is a specialised role within the SAP ecosystem focused on designing, implementing, and maintaining SAP Fiori solutions for businesses. SAP Fiori is a user experience (UX) and design approach developed by SAP to create a consistent and intuitive user interface for SAP applications. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, design sensibility, and effective communication with stakeholders. Qualifications / Certifications required: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or other relevant fields preferred Proven experience working with SAP Fiori, including designing and developing SAPUI5 applications. SAP certification in Fiori or UI5 development is a plus. Knowledge of SAP Activate, Agile methodologies and Scrum ways of working preferred Experience required: 5 to 8 years experience working with SAP Fiori, including designing and developing SAPUI5 applications. Strong knowledge of SAP solutions, such as SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC. Proficiency in web development technologies, including HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams and clients. Responsibilities of role: Work closely with clients, SAP developers, and project teams to translate business needs into SAP Fiori application requirements. Provide technology consulting expertise and design and develop intuitive and responsive user interfaces based on SAP Fiori design principles. Configure and fine tune SAP Fiori Launchpad and ensuring seamless data flow and business processes through the appropriate integration Participate in the technical and project documentation for SAP Fiori applications such as but not limited to technical design guidelines, specifications and user manuals. Develop and review SAP Fiori user interfaces to verify consistency and conformance with established organisation, project and industry standards, guidelines, policies and practices. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to SAP Fiori applications, such as performance problems or user interface glitches. Deliver the required systems/applications/solutions on time and based on agreed budget and specifications. Desirable skill sets include: Proven experience working with SAP Fiori and user experience design Proven ability to build, manage self and work in a team-oriented environment and takes responsibility for timely completion of work Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment with attention to detail and accuracy Experience in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA Effective communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills Passion to acquire and update skills and the ability to learn new tools and techniques quickly Role related attributes: A professional at this position level within PwC has the following responsibilities: Identifies, assesses and solves complex business problems for the area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
