Reference: JHB002438-TR-1We are recruiting for an SAP HCM Consultant K5 Consultant. Support Payroll, Time Management, PD, OM, PA, ESS and MSS as well as Portal (my Cosmos) Functionality. ESS and MSS functionality and Portal Authorization Responsible for these 8 modules and did hands-on implementation of PD, OM as well as ESS and MSS functionality and Portal Authorizations. Supporting all the above modules. Integration between modules Support Payroll users in daily activities. Deliver specific custom reports such as reports on GEPF, Group Life Medical Aid, UI19, UIF Declaration Include Housing and Medical Components as port of Package Modeler Create necessary Wage Types and ensure they post correctly. Modify Payslips for specific Wage Type display. Assist with Bank Interface problems. Ensure the payroll system adheres to legal requirements: Implementation of necessary SAP Notes Implementation of CLC’s (Country legal Changes) Testing of Support packs and Stacks Bi-annual Tax submissions (August and February) Correct Tax Codes in line with legal Requirements Assist with the updates of tax tables and constants. Assist users in Payroll in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Support Time ( Leave) users in daily activities. Support the Leave Provision process. Configure Extended Annual Leave Assist users in Time Management in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Modify and create Leave reports. Update Holiday Calendar Change quota days. Apply Now
