MAC Consulting is hiring for an S AP Senior Project Manager to join our Programme team . This individual w ill be responsible for project managing to deliver across a range of Programme projects. Key Responsibilities: Build client and industry knowledge. Build and lead cross-functional project teams, assigning roles and responsibilities, fostering collaboration, and providing direction to achieve project objectives. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address any issues. Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting to provide visibility and accountability to stakeholders as well as keep track of the project. Support project initiation and design project implementation, including project management aspects such as time, cost, quality, and delivery. Coordinate with external vendors and consultants involved in the project, ensuring adherence to contractual agreements, timelines, and deliverables. Develop training programs and provide support to end-users to facilitate successful SAP adoption and utilization. Demonstrate core consulting skills. Take personal responsibility for individual development. Contribute to collaborative team initiatives, acting as a team contributor and supporting others. Requirements At least 10 years in management consulting or a professional services environment. Experience working on programmes focused on SAP implementations, utilizing project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall or a Hybrid of the two. Bachelor’s degree is a minimum requirement. Postgraduate (Honours level), preferred. MBA, optional. SAP certifications, e.g., SAP S/4 Hana In-depth knowledge and experience with SAP systems, modules, and functionalities are essential. Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills. Ability to engage and build impactful relationships. Strong human-cantered approach and soft skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a team. Ability to lead a team. Deliver impactful work of high quality. Ability to deliver work promptly. Self-motivated to deliver meaningful work.
