Sculler/Staff Cook/Houskeeper - Hoedspruit

• Minimum 2 years experience working in a similar position in a lodge environment
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must have good teamwork skills and be able to communicate effectively and listen attentively to supervisors and other employees
• Ability to work under pressure

• Wash dishes, pots, and cooking equipment in a safe and timely manner
• Maintain proper cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas by sweeping, mopping, and wiping counters
• Use and apply all chemical cleaning products in a safe manner
• Prepare staff meals in accordance with company standards while maintaining the highest standard of hygiene
• Assist with menu planning for the staff meals
• Perform housekeeping duties in accordance with company standards
