Hire Resolve's client, a leading mining company in Mpumalanga, is currently looking for a skilled and experienced Section Engineer to join their team. This role provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to the successful operation of the mining site and ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations. As a Section Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing engineering projects, managing maintenance activities, and providing technical guidance to the team. Responsibilities: Manage engineering projects, including planning, scheduling, and implementation Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations Oversee maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance of equipment and infrastructure Provide technical guidance and support to site personnel Analyze operational data and identify areas for improvement Maintain accurate documentation and records Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) Government Certificate of Competency (GCC Mines and Works) Management Development Programme (MPD) 6 years' experience in a similar role within the mining industry Strong knowledge of mining regulations and safety standards Benefits Salary: negotiable Paid Time Off (PTO) Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) (If Applicable) Contact Hire Resolve today for your next career changing move.
