- Minimum 5-10 years' experience in an Urban Development capacity, preferably within Construction Industry
- Must have experience in Construction | Commercial Projects
- Experience in Management of large Civil Design Projects including teams of Civil Designers and CAD Operators
- Working knowledge of the OHS Act and Construction Regulations
- Tertiary Qualification in Engineering
- Strong Engineering Analysis capabilities
- Must have a valid drivers licence
- Salary Package negotiable based on experience
