Security Operations Manager at Coal Mining - Midrand
Must have Coal mining and beneficiation knowledge.
Own transport.
Fluent in Afrikaans and English. (Read, speak and understand)
Manage, oversee and coordinate all mining security related activities including security resources and budgets.
Required travelling between operational sites.
Strong admin skills.

Must follow full security protocol for the mining industry.
Gun protocol.
300 + guards
Maintain statutory security protocol
Must be able to provide internal training.
Formulating strategy, improving performance, procurement and implementation.
Maintain and diverse a safe work environment at all times.
Lead the mine security operations management team through proactive engagement.
Prepare security operational plans for the mine, monitor and report progress.
Propose capital expenditure projects to expand capacity to improve operations.
