JOB OVERVIEW To develop, manage and maintain the successful roll-out and execution of client campaigns and ensure the relationship with Machine and client is key. Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): Build and sustain strong and long-lasting relationships with clients Work on TTL campaigns Schedule and attend meetings Ensure constant, consistent and effective flow of communication between Agency, Client and external stakeholders Manage and control the scope and planning of campaigns across the team Manage risk and have contingency plans in place Manage and oversee budgets / revenue on all campaigns to ensure profitability Manage status documents, job bags, campaign costs and invoices Manage effective and accurate delivery of final elements to internal and external suppliers, and ensure meticulous activation Deliver jobs on-time, on-budget and continuously exceeding client expectations Keep abreast of industry and digital marketing trends Qualifications Qualification / Experience / Skills: Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing / Advertising Proficient in MS Office (i.e. Word / Excel / PowerPoint) At least 4 years experience working in an Advertising Agency as an Account Manager. TTL & Digital experience is essential A good command of the English language (both verbal and written) Excellent administration and organizational skills Strong time management skills Strong multi-tasking skills Strong leadership and presentation skills Social media savvy Additional Information Personality Attributes: Team player with the ability to work independently Able to remain calm in a highly pressurized environment Assertive Proactive Resilient Approachable Proactive Energetic Creative "out of the box" strategic thinker Problem solver / solution driven Meticulous with attention to detail Other: Flexible to work beyond normal office hours (overtime if and when required) Comfortable to work from the Publicis Groupe office (on-site) Must be willing to work on alcohol brands Interested candidates must please submit a concise CV.
