You will leverage your industry knowledge, network, and strategic approach to identify, engage, and secure high-caliber talent for our clients. This role requires a combination of sales acumen, relationship management skills, and a deep understanding of the IT finance and engineering sectors. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients in the IT finance and engineering sectors. Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs, organizational culture, and business objectives. Act as a strategic partner to clients, providing insights on market trends, talent landscape, and recruitment best practices. Source, screen, and assess candidates to identify top talent in IT finance and engineering fields. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Drive candidate engagement and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and client satisfaction metrics. Continuously expand client base through proactive business development efforts and networking activities. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and recruitment strategies to maintain a competitive edge. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Proven experience (5-8 years) in IT finance and engineering recruitment, preferably in a senior account management or client-facing role. Deep understanding of IT finance and engineering sectors, including market dynamics, technologies, and industry trends. Demonstrated success in building and managing client relationships, with a track record of exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Proficiency in recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and CRM software. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
