Who are we: A performance-driven, full-service digital marketing agency that has been specialising in the online marketing industry since 2006 Who are we looking for: A Senior Digital Account Manager What will you do: • Project manage a diverse portfolio of digital marketing clients • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for clients • Plan and direct client digital marketing campaigns • Onboard new client accounts • Source new client growth opportunities and sales leads • Meet sales, upselling and overall growth targets • Engage with clients on a daily basis • Deliver client performance reports and provide strategic feedback on campaigns to ensure that client performance targets are achieved • Serve as the communications link between clients and production teams • Attend regular sales meetings, account management meetings and training sessions What do you need: • In-depth experience with Google products within the digital marketing industry • A proven track record of growing Google account performance for clients, building long-lasting and fruitful partnerships • A relevant bachelor’s degree or diploma • Essential project management experience • Strong aptitude to work within a team • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills for effective communication • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads and YouTube marketing • New Business Development • Digital Marketing • Strategic Thinking • Google Product Knowledge Desired Work Experience • A minimum of 5 to 10 years’ experience in Account Management.
