A very exciting role is available in our organization - Onecart Pty We are looking to hire an experience Senior Account Manager. The successful incumbent will be responsible for serving as the primary relationship owner for one of OpenCart's largest accounts, i.e. Woolworths within the WW Dash and Marketplace offering. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for ensuring retention, growth, leading client on-boarding, presenting content and strategy as well as working with the client to identify needs and consult on best practices for solutions and setup. Job Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Sales or related field. 5 years experience in business development, sales or account management Experience managing large account portfolios Strong customer service and project management skills Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills Proficiency in Microsoft office and CRM Software Highly organized and solution oriented Detail oriented and able to prioritize Self-starter and able to work efficiently under pressure Duties and Responsibilities : Account Manager. To serve as the lead point of contact for all Woolworths account management matters To build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits Develop trusted advisor relationships with Woolworths Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives General Revenue. Establish Client requirements, evaluate feasibility, define full business and costing proposal Select the appropriate products and services based on the clients needs, product specifications and requirements Obtain formal approval for proposals and quotes and present same to Client. Negotiate prices/rates and terms of sales and service agreement. Monitor cost of sales relative to deal value on all potential deals. Ensure deals meet and exceed margin and profit threshold. Reporting Fore case and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) Prepare reports on account status Complete weekly performance report back Sales Process and Documentation Strictly follow and adhere to the requirements of the defined Sales/Client Sign on Process. Process in respect of: Process inputs, process flow, process outputs, Metrics, applicable documents and or Software/systems Management Skills. Interpret, implement and follow up on standards, procedures and operating systems. Identify and organize all the resources needed to achieve the goals and targets. Effective at prioritizing tasks and objectives. Set goals that are measurable and realistic, targets that are challenging yet attainable. Monitor performance against objectives and targets. Set step-by step action plans for each of the goals and follow up regularly. Apply Now
