Reference: PS010238-VL-1 An international leading speciality silicone manufacturer requires the above to manage key accounts as well as develop new business managing and overseeing the sales of raw materials into the personal, homecare and autocare manufacturing industries. Minimum requirements for the role: A technical competent or chemistry qualification is preferred but not essential for this role. Previous experience having worked as a Key Accounts / Senior Sales Representative selling chemical raw materials selling raw materials into the manufacturing industry. Previous sales experience selling raw materials in the personal care, home care or auto care industries is preferred for the role. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Managing key accounts as well as developing new business with both existing and new clients within the personal care and homecare and auto care manufacturing industries. Assessing local market conditions and identifying current and prospective sales. Preparing forecasts and ensuring budgets are exceeded. Maintaining acceptable margins as well as growing margins where necessary. Negotiating prices for all clients across various levels. Promoting new and existing products to customers Managing stock forecasts to ensure that customers receive their stock on time.
