Your duties will include but are not limited to:
Implements and monitors compliance with financial policies, procedures, and frameworks to manage and maintain compliance across campuses
Reviews and assesses processes and methodologies with the aim of implementing changes and improvements
Develop appropriate controls within the finance department to monitor consistent service delivery
Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
Maintains financial security by following internal controls
Participates in the audit process (internal and external) provides relevant information and support to auditors as required and deals with queries as necessary
Plans, manages, and communicates weekly and monthly deadlines to campuses in order to meet financial
requirements
Manages and oversees the processing and balancing of loan accounts as well as the day-to-day processing of transactions as required, including VAT reporting (Local and Foreign)
Monitors and tracks performance against budget and prepares variance reports
Assists with collating the Brand BBBEE (Broad-based Black Economic Empowerment) reports
Compiles the weekly cash flows
Recommends financial actions for the brand by analysing accounting options, identifying trends and risks and
providing solutions
Manages the overall month-end reporting process including month-end packs

Skills & Experience:
Reporting and Consolidations
Managing a team of 8 -10

Qualification:
BCom + SAICA articles + 5 years commercial experience
NQ CA(SA)
