Senior Accountant - Port Elizabeth

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join the Port Elizabeth team, · Managing and training bookkeepers, · Monitoring to ensure requirements of bookkeepers are met, · Release payments on electronic banking, · Checking salaries and incentives, · Ensure all salary related items are completed by bookkeepers, · Review processing done by bookkeepers, · Reviewing management accounts, · Setting bookkeeper deadlines, · Managing the process with clients for staff increases once a year, · IRP501 reconciliation twice per year, · Grade 12 · BCom / BCom Honours in Accounting · SAIPA registered, · Minimum 3 – 5 years relevant experience, · Staff management experience essential, · Proficient in MS Office, · Greatsoft experience preferred, · Experience with CIPC, company registrations etc.
