- Monthly payments cashflow preparation
- Levy payments preparation
- Review of Management Accounts
- Review of Operational Reports
- Attendance of trustee meetings and managing agents meetings
- Clearing monthly debtors journals
Qualifications & Experience:
- BCom degree (certificate required)
- 3 - 5 years experience in the Property Industry
- Sage Evolution experience
- MS Excel Advanced
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
