Salary: R50 000 - R55 000 CTC Duites: Reviewing and approving purchase orders, order entries, and shipment costings Monthly processing up to trial balance Expenditure analysis Inventory management Fixed asset management Prepare and maintain all working papers for monthly accounts Compiling and presenting financial reports Establish, implement, and oversee effective financial systems, processes, and controls Analyse financial data and reporting to key stakeholders for decision-making Compiling and submitting documents for approval - SARS Analyse and interpret data on projects First approval on new beneficiaries and payments Updating and maintaining of actual project data on the costing master database Reporting: Reporting on project performance to key stakeholders Review monthly management accounts prepared by management accountants Prepare financial forecasts Cashflow projections BBBEE Planning and compiling documents for BBBEE audits Assist auditors with annual financial audit requirements and information Performing ad hoc tasks requested by the Financial and Commercial Manager Job costing and quoting Education & Training Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance Knowledge & Experience Minimum Experience Indicator: 5 years' experience, articles will be advantageous Environment: Experience in a manufacturing environment will be advantageous Skills & Abilities Leadership and problem-solving skills Work both independently and collaboratively with different levels of employees Superior analytical and problem-solving skills Strong excel skills Able to work collaboratively in a team setting Good written and verbal communication skills Highly detail-oriented and organized Ability to meet a constant stream of deadlines
