Job Title: Senior Administrator Regulatory Compliance in a LISP Environment Location: City of Cape Town, Cape Town, Claremont Job Type: Permanent, expected to work Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Banking and Finance Qualifications: B Com degree in financial or business management Skills: Regulatory compliance of systems and processes Focus on internal governance with regulatory and business rules Process Management Processing of claims such as death, disability, and divorce Processing of retirement and pre-retirement withdrawals Processing of transfers and switches Resolution of complex cases Responsible for tax directive and ROT applications Liaise with external suppliers Review of Legal Administration team cases Accurate capture of information on workflow systems Assist Team Leader with operational Risk by case reviews and key risk metrics Company Branding: We are an investment management company dealing with individuals' wealth planning and management. Job Duties: Ensure regulatory compliance of systems and processes Focus on internal governance with regulatory and business rules Manage and process claims such as death, disability, and divorce Handle retirement and pre-retirement withdrawals Facilitate transfers and switches Resolve complex cases effectively Manage tax directive and ROT applications Coordinate with external suppliers Review Legal Administration team cases Accurately capture information on workflow systems Support Team Leader in operational risk management through case reviews and key risk metrics Required Qualifications: B Com degree in financial or business management Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of regulatory compliance Excellent process management skills Knowledge of financial and business rules Ability to handle complex cases efficiently Effective communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications: Additional qualifications in compliance or related field Working Conditions: This role is based in the City of Cape Town, Cape Town, Claremont.
