Minimum requirements:

Bachelor of Science degree in Soil Science, Horticulture, Plant Physiology or Agronomy
Proven experience in field trials management and customer prospecting within the agricultural sector in citrus sector
Strong knowledge of agronomic principles, crop production practices and soil management techniques
Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and persuasively
Certification in BASOS (FERTASA) and AVCASA will be an advantage
Analytical mind set with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Staff management
Budgeting and forecasting experience
Fluent in Afrikaans and English
