Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with project teams under the guidance of an IT Manager to deliver innovative solutions aligned with client standards and strategic enterprise architecture.
- Define and manage non-functional requirements, accurately estimate development tasks, and ensure adherence to architectural goals and quality standards.
- Provide technical expertise and support during functional requirements definition, identifying and mitigating project risks and issues.
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of applications and mentor junior team members.
- Serve as a focal point of expertise on key technologies or skills, driving innovation and best practices.
Qualifications and Skills:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in application development, with a strong background in C#, .NET 6, .NET Core, SQL Server, Blazor, HTML5, and CSS.
- Proficiency in developing web solutions and utilizing/developing APIs and RESTful web services.
- Experience with the full software development lifecycle and agile methodologies (Scrum/KANBAN).
- Ability to develop unit testing of code components and familiarity with DevOps automation (beneficial).
- Previous experience in the insurance industry (beneficial).
