Hire Resolve is currently recruiting for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join a leading architecture firm based in Pretoria. Positions also available in JHB and Stellenbosch As a Senior Architectural Technologist, your role involves overseeing and managing architectural projects from start to finish. You'll collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and with top-notch quality standards. Responsibilities Skilled in documenting and building large-scale mixed-use and complex commercial buildings. Proficient in creating sketch illustrations using Revit according to the Architect's vision. Experienced in preparing council submission documents (SDP and Building Plans) and ensuring coordination. Able to produce detailed working drawings that align smoothly with other disciplines. Enjoys attending site meetings and conducting quality control inspections. Diligently performs site inspections and oversees construction for the Architect. Values teamwork and collaborates effectively with others. Excited about frequent international travel opportunities. Requirements Bachelor's (Honors) or NQF 7 or 8 qualification in Architecture 10-15 years of experience post-graduate Registered with SACAP Proficient in advanced Revit usage (certification preferred) Completed BP Revit Assessment with a minimum score of 80% Advanced knowledge and experience in council documentation and submission processes Advanced proficiency in technical detailing and construction documents Advanced understanding of site administration and project management Strong communication skills with keen attention to detail Dedication to delivering excellent client service through efficient and high-quality work Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Experienced in problem-solving and decision-making Effective planning and organization of workflow and resources to meet deadlines Builds strong working relationships within project teams and with clients Demonstrates loyalty and sets a positive example within the company Benefits Salary : Negotiable Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.
