Associate role is to support the proactive and reactive retention of customers by doing the following: •Write high-engagement content that reflects our brand's voice• Respond to live chats within 2 minutes of receiving them • Responding to hello peter within •Support the Marketing, PR and Customer Service to develop a variety of content marketing materials•Produce error-free content that adheres to the company's style guidelines•High quality customer service•Engage with customers online and assist them to navigate their online journey seamlessly on our brand websites•Generate leads on our websites based on your engagement with customers through webchat Qualifications 2 years experience in a similar role Matric/Grade 12 Additional Information
