Role Purpose of the Senior Associate Operations-PROCUREMENT Execute Master Data Management processing responsibilities within WNS contracted scope of work Perform day-to-day MDM processing responsibilities within following Performance Measurement dimensions (BAU criteria) Achieve monthly accuracy score of 99.5% for all individual processing tasks performed Achieve monthly TAT score of 100% for individual processing Zero instance of repeat processing error (identical error type) during a rolling quarterd. Not more than 1 escalation during a rolling quarterC. Additional Dimensions (Above and Beyond) Refresh of Process SOPs/WIMs/Process Checklists with all recent process changes - once in every quarter Active participation in 1 Community of Practice (CoP) session - from building of content and delivering process training to Sourcing/End User Community; once every quarter Ideate and implement 1 Process Improvement / Automation / Re-engineering initiative (E2E) bi-annually Uptake 2 Adhoc Reporting tasks within MDM function Qualifications Grade 12 Procurement and/or Sourcing Certification-Advantageous Sound knowledge of SAP (all modules) and Ariba platforms Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) Relevant experience, specifically in areas such as Procurement MDM, Sourcing and Purchasing processes. Must have worked in a client facing environment for 2 years. Preferred Process improvement experience (Lean Six Sigma methodologies) Exposure to Automation technology Additional Information Apply Now
