Our client, a boutique Law firm in Melrose Arch has an opportunity for a Senior Commercial Associate to join their dynamic commercial team. Mergers and Acquisitions, including in relation to listed companies, JSE Listings. Drafting commercial contracts and legal opinions. General corporate work. Due Diligence. Competencies and personal attributes: Must be well organized and conscientious. Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Strong commercial drafting skills. Display attention to detail Good interpersonal skills. Maintain confidentiality. Reliability and self-motivation very important. 3 - 5 years post-articles relevant experience. Proven track record of having worked on transactions/projects as per the above "key areas of responsibility”. LLB degree. Must be an admitted attorney in South Africa. Salary: Market Related
