Xcede One of our clients, with offices all over South Africa, are looking for an Intermediate/Senior BI Developer to join their Durban team on a permanent basis, working on a hybrid structure.We are seeking an experienced BI Developer with expertise in Azure Synapse, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, and Power BI to join our team in Durban. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining data solutions, performing data analysis, and providing insights to our clients.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain data solutions using Azure Synapse, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, and Power BI.Handling the delivery of data and information relating to the business intelligence of various clients.Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI.Designing, developing and maintaining data warehouse and analytics architecture to meet clients' business analysis and reporting needs.Requirements:IT related diploma/degree/certificatesAt least 5 years' experience in BI development with Azure Synapse, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, and Power BI.Microsoft certifications would be advantageous.Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.Experience with data modelling and data warehousing.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with Kimball methodology.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.If you are passionate about BI development and have experience with Azure Synapse, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, and Power BI, we would love to hear from you.
