Infinity Brands is looking for a senior bookkeeper to join our dynamic team We are a fast-paced, franchise management company that is growing quickly and looking for someone who has a great eye for attention to detail and can thrive under pressure. The responsibilities include but are not limited to; - Weekly Cash-flow management. - Multiple entities Bank Accounts, Credit cards reconciliation on Xero. - Accurate GL allocations and ability to review P&L & Balance Sheet. - Debtors invoicing, allocating receipts and reconciliation. - Attend to billing and ad hoc queries. - Creditors payments, allocating payments and reconciliation. - Processing of journal entries and understanding of accruals. - Accuracy and timely submission of Management Accounts monthly. - Support management as required in other areas of the business. Requirements - Accounting Degree with 3 - 4 years experience. - Good understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). - Good understanding of Vat and the impact of trading outside SA borders. - Attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as a team. - Ability to work under pressure. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Willingness to learn.
