Responsible for recording and maintaining a business' financial transactions, such as purchases, expenses, sales revenue, invoices, and payments. •All bookkeeping duties for both in2food Groceries and in2food Snacks sites. •Monthly general ledger reconciliations. •Cash books for both companies 5 Bank Accounts) •Authorizes local payments. •Prepares and overseas payments. •Approves creditor's recons and loads payments in the banking system. •Weekly sales reporting. •Liaise with both internal and external audit teams. •Credit control for both site divisions •Understanding of VAT within transactions. •Update finance lease for both divisions. Required competencies( Skills and abilities) include but are not limited to •Delegation. •Attention to details. •Integrity and Transparency. •Communication skills. •Problem-solving skills. •Time Management Skills. •High numerical skills. •Trustworthy and ethical. Educational requirements •Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Finance, Accounting Experience required •Good knowledge and experience of Syspro and Excel. •Solid knowledge with general ledger reconciliations. •Experience with accounting for finance leases.
