A day in the life of the Senior Brand Manager: Know your consumer deeply - understand the consumer behaviour by conducting qualitative and quantitative studies in liaison with the local research team and research partners. Differentiates consumer segments based on insights. Inspire with Brand Vision and Essence - Lead with unwavering determination, ensuring that the essence of Milo ignites passion in every consumer interaction. Delight with Product & Packaging Experience - Champions development of relevant and preferred packaging and product solutions to improve the consumer experience and contribute to sustainability goals. Win with Shoppers - Master the art of shopper engagement, harnessing the energy of the marketplace to drive unprecedented brand performance. Innovate Bigger Bolder Better - Passionately seeks out ideas and leverages internal and external resources to contribute to the development of an innovation pipeline. Ensures consumer and Confectionary Professional centricity, applies Innovation levers, maintains vibrancy via relevant innovation and renovation for his/her brands to deliver against commercial objectives. Accountable and responsible for providing quality Concept briefs to the I&R and project Managers. Plan and Executive Flawlessly - Contributes to the development and execution of a strong, cross-functionally aligned brand and Integrated Commercial Plan for consumers. Tracks and monitors the performance and strategic alignment of your brand. Understands and manages the business impact of marketing spend (PFME) of her/his brand. Create Engaging Brand Experiences - Contributes and manages the development process of creating Ownable Brand Propositions and Big Ideas. Works in partnership with communication agencies to develop engaging business building communication for consumer. Embraces e-business and digital to drive brand and business performance. Financial & Business Acumen - PFME Budget and Agency Scope of Work management and Profit & Loss understanding. What will make you successful: A Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Marketing or any Business/Commercial Degree Minimum 5 years' experience in Brand Management or Marketing with brand activation experience. Understanding of key drivers of brand/product P&L and how to action them. Experience in leading product launch or complex renovation projects working with cross functional teams. Strong relationship management and communication skills. Good understanding of digital marketing. '1-2 years' experience in digital & social marketing. Experience working in cross functional teams and strong stakeholder management. Experience with leading and coaching a team. Has contributed to the development and implementation of business strategy aimed at increasing brand competitiveness.
