Senior Business Analyst Consultant
Johannesburg/Pretoria/Cape Town

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough business analysis to understand client requirements and objectives.
Develop detailed business cases, project plans, and feasibility studies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.
Design and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Provide expert advice and insights on best practices and industry trends.
Lead workshops and training sessions to ensure successful project implementation.
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

Required Skills and Experience:

Minimum of 6 years of experience in a consulting environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field. (Applicants without a Degree will not be considered.)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in business analysis methodologies and tools.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of IT systems, processes, and software development lifecycle.
Experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA).
Experience in Agile methodologies.
Familiarity with project management tools and software.
