WHAT WILL YOU DO? Reporting to the GhostPractice Head of Client Services, with close input from and collaboration with, the GhostPractice CEO, you will demonstrate the GhostPractice product to identified targets both in-person and online, and generate leads through leveraging networking opportunities, to build and maintain relationships with clients and key prospects. You will have an exciting and varied role, but your main responsibilities will include; Understand the legal industry and market segment, and integrate this knowledge into consultative selling Demo product to clients and close deals, following through with the full end-to-end sales cycle, cross selling other group products to both new and existing clients Maintain relationships with material clients throughout the post-sale system implementation process, and build industry relationships to benefit the business, product and sales activities in related industries that work closely with the legal industry Take responsibility for achieving personal sales targets and assisting the team to achieve the company wide targets Provide regular reporting to management on all sales activity Research, develop and/or grow related markets with a view to selling GhostPractice or similar applications to targets in these markets Collaborate with the global Business Development team on global sales strategies and assist with the implementation thereof in Southern Africa Maintain knowledge of competitors in order to strategically position the company's products and services better Participate in both internal and external marketing events and trade shows Travel throughout Southern Africa as needed to understand the markets and drive sales activity Test and provide feedback on new software releases WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE CONSIDERED? We know you will have a wide and varied skill set, but to thrive in this role we think you will need; Experience with the legal industry - legal practice management experience would be beneficial. Sales or customer relationship management experience would be beneficial Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally for business events and client visits Excellent communication skills with senior decision makers A proactive approach to problem solving and business development, able to identify opportunities quickly and efficiently.
