The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering and managing Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) within the Independent Power Producer (IPP) sector. This is a pivotal role aimed at driving business growth, managing key stakeholder relationships, and supporting revenue generation activities. Key Responsibilities: Stakeholder Management: Develop, build, and manage relationships with key partners. Manage existing customer relationships to ensure continuous and increased profitability across the portfolio. Analyze and prepare due diligence for new opportunities and activities. Finance and Revenue Generation: Support the existing profit centers team in identifying and closing project and corporate financing. Promote the company's products and services to both new and existing customers. Close new business deals, including negotiations with clients, and integrate contract requirements with business operations. Strategy, Processes, Reporting, and Presentations: Assist in formulating annual business development plans, quarterly forecasts, and monthly reports. Lead data analysis, reporting, and knowledge management to inform business development strategy and operations. Provide input into bid/no-bid decisions and updates. Conduct long-term and short-term strategic research to inform the growth strategy of assigned projects. Stay updated on any changes in legislation. People Management: Effectively lead and manage the business development team to achieve strategic goals. Oversee risk, compliance, and governance within the team. Skills and Experience Required: Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of driving business development teams. Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
