A corporate canteen company is looking for Catering and Project Managers for Gauteng region. Requirements: Tertiary Hospitality management education or 5 years’ experience in corporate catering management Windows/ MS Office proficient Knowledge of point of sales systems. Own reliable transport and a willingness to travel through the Gauteng area. High level Communication and Customer Service Skills Understands brands and brand awarenes Responsibilities: People Management Train and motivate staff and a willingness to improve skills and job proficiency at site level. Manage customer interaction Financial Set monitor and manage site budgets Maintain stock control measures Manage food costs and Gross Profits Manage banking Manage invoice capturing Monitor client billing Oversee site administration Operational Management Ensure a smooth day to day running of the stores in the assigned area Improve customer service and customer care (people skills) Ensure that the area adheres to the brand standards as well as the Standard Operating Procedures Ensure sites adhere H&S, Food Hygiene and other statutory requirements Food quality at sites Problem solving at site Maintain Brand standards Apply Now
