Senior Change Manager - Cape Town Region

The role of the Senior Change Manager includes (but is not limited to) the following duties: Lead all aspects of change management program. Engage with senior leadership and executives to gain buy-in, also manage other change management practitioners. Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities. Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative. Additional responsibilities may include: Complete change management assessments. Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics. Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities. Coordinate efforts with other specialists. Integrate change management activities into project plan. Evaluate and ensure user readiness. Track and report issues. Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress. Support change management at the organizational level. Manage the change portfolio. The ability to deliver Change Management solutions and documentation to the highest standards. Requirements Minimum Requirements: Minimum of 8 years of experience in a relevant role. B Degree in Business Management with Change Management course or module completed.
