An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Change Manager to manage and facilitate the change plan for multiple change projects under a large the SAT Programme on a long term contract basis. This role is accountable for the successful change delivery and implementation of specific strategic initiatives underpinning the SAT Programme. The role is accountable for achievement of results through managers and their teams over periods of up to 3 years through Facilitating the understanding of the scope, size and impact of the change with senior leaders. Creating the change programme defining the sub change projects. Establishing programme tracking and monitoring mechanisms. Understanding the systemic impact of the change programme and develops and executes on a change programme plan. Ensures that each change project develops a change strategy and that this aggregated into an overall change programme strategy. Managing multiple change projects team change deliveries against the overall programme plan. Managing the phased roll-out of change plans as to not overwhelm the organisation or create change fatigues. Measures the health of the organisation and the programme on an on-going basis and ensure that the change project teams take corrective actions. Key Result Areas Change Capability Development Develops and entrenches change leadership methodology and training in the business. Establishes and ensures the implementation of appropriate change structures and governance. Change Management Ensures that programme change initiatives are rolled out in an integrated, phased manner taking business calendars into account. Manages multiple change projects under a large programme or a smaller, long term programme against the overall programme plan. Operational Efficiency Ensures delivery within agreed budget. Manages overall programme budget. Risk Management Manages change management risks / issues across the programme and escalates as required. Stakeholder Management Builds and maintains relationships with key stakeholders. Consolidates stakeholder engagement plans and ensures that key stakeholders understand the scope and size of the change and the impact on the business. Team Effectiveness Balances own priorities with directing and motivating others. Creates a climate for optimal performance. Guides and directs staff to achieve operational excellence standards. Individually accountable for service delivery through efforts of a professional team, for periods of up to 1 year. Plans and assigns work over the applicable period.
